             as a warehouse supervisor in the grocery business for over twenty years and earned the .
             respect of the grocery industry. Being faced with replacement of sick and vacationing .
             workers, along with workers hired on a part-time basis this has continued to be a full time .
             task for Reed. He is also faced with his full-time workers taking vacation during the .
             summer months plus taking sick days. With the base pay being at $6.00 per hour Reed is .
             having a hard time keeping his part-time employees on and being dependable. .
             There are several questions that need to be asked up front, not really knowing .
             how much flexibility that Reed has within the company. Could he give incentive .
             packages to take vacation during the winter months? Could he give his part-time .
             employees more money per hour too makes them more dependable? What about his .
