Event that changed my life

One late night late that changed my life. Amanda a friend of mine drove to my white and black house in tea to pick me up in her red civic to go to Bucks Roadhouse. While pulling in the driveway her cars check engine light came on. Amanda explained to me what happened while I was finished curling my hair in the bathroom. We decided that I would take my red jeep instead. We drove interstate I-29 to Bucks. We could hear the music going from the outside while I parked in the back of the lot because the lot was full. As we walked to the door we could smell the air filled with smoke and the song that was Milk Shake our favorite. Amanda and I walked to the first bar to order some Budweiser. Then went straight to the dance floor. The dance floor was packed with people shoulder to shoulder. We continued to order drinks and dance until the last call. We ordered our last drinks and danced to the last four songs until it was time to leave. Amanda and I left Bucks on a good night of drinking and dancing. We got into my red Jeep Wrangler put on our seat belts and I started the vehicle. I drove down Western Ave to the exit of I-229 heading north. I drove to the exit to get off at Cliff Ave to stop for gas at the Get-N-Go before we headed to Canton to drop Amanda off at her house. I went into Get-N-Go to pay for gas and noticed that my check card was missing and wrote out a check for a total of $24.95. A tall red haired clerk with glasses was asking me questions like "If I knew where I was and what time it was?" he committed about my drinking tonight. I walked out of Get-N-Go and towards my Jeep wondering where my check card was misplaced. I got back into my jeep and looked all over for my check card hoping it would be in my jeep and that I didn't leave it at the bar. Amanda thought if we stayed in the parking lot we would get picked up so I started my car and turned south on Cliff Ave. when I should have been heading North.
