Because condoms are not easily obtained, there are teens who are becoming parents as young as 13. It is a sad fact that teens as young as 13 are having sex, but all that can be done is make it easy for condoms to be obtained by anybody at such places as public restrooms, and campus restrooms. If this is done it will reduce the number of teens dropping out of school to raise their child, and reduce the number of newborns that are being given up for adoption, waiting for a long time to be sent to a proper, and loving home, and reduce the number of newborns who are being abandoned by their mothers in such places as dumpsters.
