... for my conclusion is to wait until that girl has a job and can maintain a child and that both will responsible for the child. So my conclusion is that you should abort that kid because there is not another option and orphanage is not an option since orphanage are poor and wont feed the child as is supposed to and another reason ... is that you don't know who will adopt that child and if they adopt it only to explode them that isn't good so for my opinion you should abort it because there you wouldn't bring a child to suffer from the reasons I gave you. ...
