... wickedness is ambition, greed and lack of moral fortitude. Which eliminated using the gods as an excuse for wickedness. Unlike Socrates, Aeschylus demanded that man take responsibility for their actions. Suggesting that man does know right from wrong. As opposed to Socrates belief that when man does wrong it is because he does not know any better. I must go with Aeschylus on ... a rock and dropped a tortoise on it to break the shell. Whether this tale is true or not, Aeschylus did leave behind his sons to carry on his work just as Socrates did so as not to be forgotten....
