... being honest. He showed that he was honest when he boldly stated his opinions on the death penalty. I also liked the fact that Jack Franks told us that he would take his workers to get something to eat. AE Housman Reading this poem I had several different impressions. First reading it in a literal aspect I saw a child who ran races and perhaps won. Even if he didn't win he was made to feel like a winner. "And home we bought you shoulder high" (line 4) this says they bought him home proudly but not necessarily that he won. Next something happens to the runner that makes him unable to run, perhaps old age but I think death because of the following lines: Will flock to gaze the strength less dead"(line26) I also think there were key statements throughout to somewhat changed my thought pattern. I...

This means that when person is healthy, he/she is able to clearly see all possible choices in their life, and that he/she is able to logically make the right choices in order to succeed. For example, a person who is under a lot of stress, which may be caused by debts, or may be by family issues, is not really healthy. As the problems continue to build up, a person becomes ill, mentall...
"In the higher world form of good appears last of all, and is seen only with effort." -Plato I think that this summarizes a part of life that at least I couldn't summarize in only one sentence. What Plato is describing is how if you work hard, put in lots of effort, you will see results. Goodness only comes when a person wants to see it, and doesn't take advantage of it. When a person works really hard toward something in particular, and is dedicated to it, they will get what they were working for. Plato realizes that this method of getting what you want is possible, depending on the size of t...

If only a few students scored poorly on a given knowledge, skill, communication, application, or transfer area, you can group and re teach them and/or offer assignments to help them master those standards. You can also disaggregate (pull apart) your results to see whether, for example, boys performed better than girls, only students who had previous experience (e.g., computers ... ...
