             Introduction.
The impact of urban development on the environment can cause serious damage. I have put together a report to emphasize the problem in land-use planning related to urban development on a floodplain. Urban Development Project 61-213 is being assessed at this moment in time because you the Committee Chairman are not sure of the environmental impact of the expansion. I am opposed to this project because I believe that the destruction that has happened to other areas can happen with this project.
