Acceptance Letter to Columbia University

 

             I believe in networking more than anything in the world of business. Growing up, I was fortunate enough to visit different summer camps, in different continents, meeting new people from different cultures and ethnicities. .
             2. I'm flexible, balanced and well rounded. I play squash daily. I've run marathons. I've executed business deals and delivered results. Ask about my academic record, even though it wasn't stellar, I've made the impact that counts; Ask about me at Suffolk University, Bahrain School or the working environment in Boston and New York. My CEO at Kapitall (Jarrett Lilien, former CEO of E*TRADE), employer, and CIO couldn't agree more. I have been honored to have such influential mentors enter my life and share their past experiences with me. I have been top of the squash association in my hometown. I've run 5 marathons in my lifetime. This, I crossed off my bucket list January 2013. .
             And in August 2011, I signed my first joint venture deal with Boston Collegiate Consulting Group (BCCG). The venture launched in August and took off as a great successful collegiate consulting group.
             3. I strive for innovation. I can't eat, breath, sleep without a new idea crossing my mind. They're my Achilles heel at work and my blessing in disguise. I'm proud to say I haven't been afraid to go through with the ones I mostly believe in. One of which being Kapitall, The University Edition. I've been granted full responsibility of the execution to this project. Leading a team of 12 to the launch early September has been a great innovative pond for us at Centre Street. .

             4. I like helping others. Zambia was a meaningful, humbling, and awakening experience. Thanks to my high school superintendent Mr. McIntire who opened my eyes granting me the opportunity to work in his elementary school in Zambia, Africa. Being student body President 2 years in a row and Vice President for 3 consecutive years before that, I grew closer to Mr.
