Chinese Philosopher - Confucius

One of the greatest Chinese philosophers didn't get the news that his teachings were going to be used until today. He had lived a terrible childhood and an alright adulthood but yet when he died he was upset that he couldn't see his own teachings in settlement of China. .
Confucius' childhood was not all pink and roses as many expect it to since he had preached peace. First of all, he was born in the time of war. He was also born out off wedlock, which really wasn't so bad back then since all men were assimilated to the idea of another woman a side from your wife, so really back then it was much easier to be sort of a pimp. His dad was a 70 year old ugly but honored man of China's Military, while his mom was only 16, mere young women. His father had already 10 offspring, 9 of which were girls and a crippled son, he had longed for a healthy young man and that going to turn out to be Confucius. When he was born he was totally ignored by his dad's family, it gets worse though. Once his father had passed away he was rejected from all form of economic help. And so his sad story known as his life had begun. Soon when he was no older than 6 or 7 years old, he had to help his mom with the money issues. He had begun to work, but his mom soon realized that her child had a hunger for knowledge. She had encouraged and endured this hunger that needed to be fed. All their life they had faced poverty and hunger, but he had a vision of change for china. He had wanted to be the one to change china's ways. After his mom died, he began his journey to the new China. He said "Family is worth more than gold", by that he said or meant to say that money would have no value if you don't have a family to share any of it with them. He also stated that "There is no time to stop learning until death" this teaching really relates to another later said quote "Knowledge is the meaning of life", as you can see he said that knowledge is key in life or it is life, because really there would be no meaning of life without knowledge.
