Magnetic Hegemony in East Asia

             The main controversy in magnetic hegemony is that creation of order and stability in an anarchy. The Confucian view of international politics view that "order is dichotomous which is similar to rationalism in which the international community or system is either anarchic and ordered at all levels of human institutions and also at all levels of government" (Professor Magna, 2014). Anarchy is generative of war which provides excessive conflicts or wars which  and can often to be destructive as well as the cause of the demise and shutdown of the entirety of a global empire. The viewpoint of East Asian on war is that it is problematic due to it's outcome and payoff not the morality and intentional dilemma issues. Due to its outcome, war creates a threat of civilization and proves to be generative of animal chaos which undermines social and economic environments and atmosphere. One must note that in the Confucian view point, war is something to not be avoided at all cost like most pacifist would normally promote seeing that Confucian view points  acknowledges that human institutions will never reach or fulfill the ideal standards in this moral theory. But it's important to note that to go to war the end result but be more significant than the cost to make it worth it since we view that war means the loss of tremendous resources such as human beings and land that maintains the entirety of a powerful empire. In fact, according to Meniscus, .
             " a defensive war is justified only if an actually or potentially virtuous and capable ruler (one who aims to provide peace and benevolent government), with the support of his people, must resort to violence to protect his territory against would-be conquering hegemons. The punitive expedition should only be launched if the conquering ruler can make a plausible claim to have the world's support." (Bell,2009).
             Therefore, it is problematic to instruct and demand a powerful nation to adopt a strategy to completely annihilate anarchies and in addition to creating a truly idealistic universal system as we seen in the "expansion to universal empire" secondary strategy in Confucian solution.
