Comparing Starbucks with Coffee Bean

Millions of people around the world thrive on their morning, afternoon, and sometimes evening coffee. Due to the massive amount of consumers in the coffee industry, there is also a lot of competition that comes with being in an industry such as this. The two main rivals, Starbucks and Coffee Bean, may cause many dilemmas between which coffee to drink. Some think Starbucks is better, but some prefer Coffee Bean. People should drink Starbucks coffee more than Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf because of its amazing coffee taste, service, price and personality.
For starters, the way the coffee bean is being made and the way it tastes is very important when it comes to coffee. Starbucks has more of a bitter taste whereas Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has a sugary taste. As most know, coffee is supposed to be bitter, but Coffee Bean's coffee doesn't qualify for that. For instance, Starbucks brews actual coffee to make a Grande regular Coffee, but Coffee bean just uses powder, which makes it taste artificial. Not only does Starbucks have amazing taste in coffee, also their service is what makes them successful unlike Coffee Bean.
Second, the way coffee shops present themselves is another significance. The way the Starbucks service works it is very fast pace. They automatically get your order and make it and give it to you that second after you order it. Coffee beans service is very slow pace and they tend to forget what coffee orders come to them at times, which makes customers wait and lose interest in drinking their coffee. Starbucks serves customers very friendly, which makes the atmosphere more enjoyable. Even if they make your coffee bad, or if you're not satisfied with your coffee, you can just go up to them and they will gladly make your same drink and give it to you for free. However, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf serves customers very normally with no sense of happiness and if you aren't enjoying the coffee they made you, they won't serve you another one.
