            The major purpose of this paper is to present the Emotional Disturbance or What is the Emotional disturbance means as the learning problem to child. Which parents and teachers can do something about emotional disturbance and behaviour difficulties. Also to know what is the causes and effects of emotional disturbance and the possible solution or prevention for the emotional disturbance of a child. Individuals and emotional disturbed to a minor, moderate, or severe degree are unable to that degree o profit from their educational experiences. Therefore, children whose educational progress will be handicapped by emotional conflicts or defects need to be identified by early to reduce the affects of the ability.
             Emotional disturbance from a educational perspective is deliberately focused on that narrowed band of student who have an identifiable emotional impairment that adversely affects their educational performance. We can enhance the growth and learning ability of children with emotional disturbance to cope with school because of emotional difficulties. Children who are ineffective learners in school become more ineffective learner and troubled as they grow.
             "Emotional disturbance" is used as a generic term to cover two types of behaviour difficulties which are not mutually exclusive but which adversely affect educational performance: (1) Externalizing refers to behavior problems that are directed outwardly by the student towards the social environment and usually involves behavioral excesses. (2) Internalizing refers to a class of behavior problems that are directed inwardly and often involve behavioral deficits.
             Definition of Emotional Disturbance .
             Emotional Disturbance is a condition exhibiting one or more of the following characteristics over a long period of time and to a marked degree that adversly affects a child's educational performance. (Nichcy, 2004).
             According to Lashers(1978), Emotional disturbance can be generally defined as an abrupt break, slowing down, or postponement in developing and meaningful relationships with other persons and/or in developing a positive and accurate sense of self.
