Punishment of the Death Penalty

Death penalty is immoral because it target the people on the basis of race. Before talking about death penalty just look at the issue of racial discrimination. Racial discrimination is such a phenomena, that runs in every society since the origin of humanity. But sadly, we live in the twenty first century, where technology is available, and every human is able to know that there is no difference between us: we can be different in colors, but we originated from one place (Relethford 4). However, just a look at the newspaper or article section you can often find the debate and arguments about race. It is always in trend in society and even in law system.it is often observed that blacks were executes by law more than whites. Black executes for different crimes Carol S. Steikerff & Jordan M. Steikerff in their article, The American Death Penalty and the (In) Visibility of Race mentions that.
Not only did the number of blacks executed surpass the number of whites executed during the eighteenth century (a trend that continued until the Civil War), but blacks were often executed for different crimes . Whereas the vast majority of whites sentenced to death were executed for murder, substantial numbers of blacks were executed for non-homicidal crimes. From the late eighteenth century to the Civil War, the rate of execution for nonlethal crimes varied considerably by race, with many more blacks being executed for non-lethal and unknown offenses than whites across all regions of the country (248). .
Adding more credence, it is more immoral if innocent executes by mistake. In 1944 the court gave the order to executed a first youngest black guy who was just 14 years old he had charges that he killed two white girls and he killed by state after 84 days of girls missing. Even though some lawyers reopen this case, they did not find any proof which can tell that boy really committed crime.
