             Intel Corporation is a multinational company based in the United States with its headquarters in Santa Clara, California. It designs, manufactures, and sells integrated digital products all over the world. Importantly, the company is one of the world's largest, most celebrated and highest valued developers of semiconductor chips as illustrated by records based on the revenue recovered from customers purchase. The company enjoys world choice and preference in their products and customers attracting buyers and suppliers from all over the world. Intel's first products were memory chips, developing the first metal oxide semiconductor, which, unfortunately, did not sell well.
             Presently, Intel Corporation celebrates its 40th anniversary of successful innovation and leading in the technology industry. The company provides the needed technology at the present information age. Founded by Bob Noyce and Gordon Moore on July 18 1968, Intel has greatly risen in the technology world through its unique challenge. The first attempt into the history of the company is its achievement in formation semiconductor memory chip that hit the market in 1970. However, it later failed due to its high cost since it was more expensive than the previously used magnetic core memory. Fortunately, the success of the company thrived when a Japanese manufacturer, Busicom purchased a set of chips from Intel to design high-performance programmable calculators. .
             According to Intel Corporation (2015), the company discovered the dynamic random access memory (DRAM) which acted as its initial step to a competitive business in the Silicon Valley. Thereafter, the company strategized a new mechanism to facilitate new inventions and innovations. The company reorganized into groups such as PC Client Group, Data Center Group, Internet of Things Group, Mobile and Communications Group and Software and Services among other segments of operations.
