Political Debate - Chris Christie

On the latest Republican Presidential Debate, Governor of New Jersey, Chris Christie, made an argument to support why he should be the next President of the United States. He stated that during his time as Governor of New Jersey, "We balanced an eleven billion dollars deficit on a twenty-nine billion dollars budget by cutting eight-hundred programs in the state budget". This statement is proven to be false because of the structural deficit he was referring to, a few programs and tax cutting, and the credit ratings of New Jersey.
