Process Essay - How to Make Kachaude

My grandmother taught my mother to prepare this dish. My grandmother was the best at making kachaude. Everyone (brother, dad) in the family and I loves kachaude. My friends at school also loved kachaude. They used to bring their own food to school, but they share my kachaude. After some time, I stopped taking kachaude to school. I asked my mother to teach me how to make kachaude. She asked me why I wanted to learn to make kachaude when I didn't even wanted to learn to make tea. I replied with a good smile that I loved eating kachaude, because no one else knew how to make it in her absence. There are some side dishes that go with it. These are Chutney, Dal, Mango pickle, and Kheer (dessert). I had to learn to make all of these dishes. She agreed and my training started. Making kachaude is an easy process that results in a delicious, nutritious meal that brings the whole family together. .
The things we need for making kachaude and side dishes are potatoes, red chili powder, onions, cilantro, salt, flour, roller, tomato, fresh green chili, pulse, turmeric, red pepper, cumin seeds, oil, unripe fresh green color mango, spices, coriander powder, rice, milk, sugar, almond and saffron. You can go to any store you like, but I prefer you to go the Giant store because good quality food one can find in Giant only. The utensils we need are cooker, pan, bowl, glass jar. The kachaude is made of potatoes. Clean the potatoes in the hot running tap water, and put about 7-8 potatoes in the cooker (this can feed up to 3-4 people) to boil on the gas stove. Don't forget to clean the potatoes because they contain dirt. People probably have induction stove (burner) in their houses, but I prefer to boil the potatoes on a gas burner because I believe the nutrients remain intact. .
When the potatoes get boiled, peel, and mash them. Be careful, because the potatoes would be really hot and you could burn your hand. In mashed potato, add very small cut onions, cilantro, red chili powder, and salt.
