Sexual Deviance

 

            
             Throughout the world, there are types of sexual deviance that are viewed differently. In some countries and act of rape or sexual harassment may be normal, and in other countries, they are viewed as "abnormal" or "deviant" behaviors. There are still issues today that are struggling with the fact of being normal or not. There are also new issues that are being set forth. I have started a research on some of the questions that I have about different issues on sexual deviancy.
             Some of the questions that I have dealing with sexual deviancy is why do so many people view strippers as deviant. They don't harm society, and it's been around for many years. What kind of enjoyment can you possibly get out of child pornography, and what triggers this? Is bisexuality and homosexuality really deviant, or can it be triggered by hormonal defects from birth? Is sexual harassment really harassment sometimes, because a lot of times, these acts are lead on by women. My biggest misunderstanding is incest. How is this viewed in other countries, and why to people choose to do this? Some other questions that I have deal with cross-dressing, and determining if it's deviant in this 21st century, and if it's a way of getting attention.
             A lot of the answers to the questions are somewhat obvious. Sometimes the obvious isn't always right. By researching and surveying people of different backgrounds and cultures, will give me a better understanding of what sexual deviant is really about. It will answer my questions about sexual deviancy.
