Poking holes in the constitution

            
             Having safety in America, and being protected from terrorism is a major factor in the country. The way that our National Government reacts and takes care of terrorism should be the concern, on all American citizens of all races.
             The government has rammed through the antiterrorism bill, which allows the normal due process and privacy protection to be waved. This also lets the government take action on someone who the suspect has some remote connection to terrorism. How is the America? Well, its not. It's taking away any right for and American to be an American. Does it not say that all Americans are granted there freedom's and Rights? It sure does in fact say that we have our own human rights. The Government is going against its own constitution. What does that say about how our awesome and powerful country handles things, not well? .
             There could be a good law abiding American citizen walking down the street when some government officials, arrest him and take him away. This is all just because this person could look like a terrorist of they may think he has some kind of link to the terrorist. Giving people there human rights means to leave that person alone. The time when you act to arrest this person is when they act against the constitution, and the law. The Government needs to have the sufficient evidence on that person that there arresting. I can see if that is the case than, ok, that will work. That, however, is not the case. The government is just finding people who look like Middle Easterner decent, and arresting them for no good reason except what race they are.
             America is becoming more and more diversified with different races poring into the nation. So yes, there are more people that look like terrorist, but that doesn't mean that the government needs to go crazy and arrest everyone who looks like there from the Middle East. These people are American citizens as well.
