There was only one solution that he could think was teaching. His brilliant idea was gathering potential people and taught them to become gentlemen. He expected his disciples to spread his wisdom to those rulers to apply his philosophy to reform the society. He defined the person who qualified himself was a gentlemen. A person who need to developed into five different virtues which were diligence, good faith, magnanimity, kindness, and courtesy. A man who passed with five virtual of descriptions should be employed by government. One of the most thoughtful philosophies that he contributed to China society which is described the whole man of duty. "Do not do to the others what you not want they do to you" He believed this concept which emphasized the ideals of order and harmony that people should live each in peaceful and with nature.
             Confucius classified the interpersonal relationship into five different catalogs: father to son, husband to wife, older brother to young brother, friend to friend, and ruler to subject. Confucius defined the system of duty and obligation of each family member a believed that each should act according to his or her particular role. He believed the strongest relationship was that of father to son. According to the Chinese" tradition, each family is expected to have a worthy son to heir their ancestor. A son owned respect and duty to enhance his father's honor after father's death. In another words, a son was responsible to sacrifice to his father's spirit. A good example, during Confucius time, a woman who was not beautiful, she was not necessary to join a single club because if parent" authority assigned the arranged marriage, they had to pay a respect from their parent without saying no. .
             After many years traveling throughout from local area to neighbor states, he was trying to accomplish his ambition. He learned a lot of experience and wisdom while he was on the journey.
