The Sleep Factor

Being the Chief of Staff and holding the economic and political welling being of the world in their hand, one might think it most important to make a new policy and improve the advancement of continual empowerment and growth. Not me. I, on the other hand, would do nothing about the empowerment of money and people. If I were President and could make one simply policy. I would mandate an hour nap for to all high school students. This would improve the attitudes and promote healthy life styles for America's youth. .
Five to seven hours is the average amount of time a high school student sleeps. Eight to ten hours is the amount needed, and teachers often wonder why students fall asleep. Students aren't simply getting enough rest. Being tired affects the overall attitude to learning but also to how much a student is able to obtain. By taking a nap in the middle of the day, students would be able to appreciate the useful knowledge teachers are able to present to them and obtain with a positive attitudes toward learning.
A mandated nap in the middle of the day would also decrease the number of health issues. It's unhealthy for students not to acquire the amount of rest one's body needs. It can hold damage of the time one's bodies need to grow emotionally and physically. If students are able to make up for their lack of sleep with a simple breather, it give one's brain a chance to relax and reboot. The policy H. S. N., High School Nap, would improve today's youth by allowing them to relax their minds. Therefore allowing vital information to be stored and grasped in a manner that would allow students to increase comprehension on homework, excel on tests, improve their grade point averages and move forward toward a higher education.
