Leadership in the student body

 

            
             What might one think of when the word leadership is uttered? I"m sure most people think of a president or a political figure. Maybe even a religious figure. However, when focusing on the leadership of a student body, you might tend to focus on a principal or a certain teacher. Yes, both persons are leaders, or have leadership qualities, but what makes someone a leader? Does having the ability to speak for someone else make one a leader, or is it having to be the one to march in the front of the line? There are many attributes to being a leader, covering all areas of student socialization. .
             Just to be politically correct in this exemption, I will start out on the football field. The quarterback, probably the most important player on the .
             team; running all the plays, motivating the team while on the field, and representing the team while off the field as well. Wow, that's a lot for one person, but yet all of these traits are applied to each situation naturally. He chose to be a quarterback. He chose to be this leading figure. He7.
