Learning foreign languages today is a must. Age of the learners has influence on the rate of the acquisition, that is why there is an obligation to learn foreign languages at schools. However it is not so easy to gather a group of pupils in one class and keep teaching them a language on the same level, because their linguistic proficiency may differ. The difficulties may arise especially in a case of young teachers. There are many types of schools in which people learn languages, in some of them pupils learn many different subjects while others are specific language schools where you can learn a few different languages. The difficulties appear usually in public secondary schools, where pupils from one class are on different levels in language proficiency which causes a lot of problems to teachers especially young and inexperienced ones. .
             .
One of the many possible solutions to this problem is dividing one class into special groups, each with the same proficiency of the pupils. This kind of division can successfully avoid many problems for example "weak" learners" difficulties with incomprehensible material, but also more experienced students will be satisfied if they can acquire new knowledge instead of what they have already learned. .
Another possibility is to organize additional classes for those who are on the lower level in language proficiency, so that they can improve their skills. This will help the school to maintain the same level of proficiency for everyone and also the more experienced students will have no troubles in learning. .
The next way to avoid difficulties among one class is to divide pupils into groups and give them tasks according to their skills, for example weaker students can read something and answer the simple questions, while better learners will do more difficult exercises and help others with some questions. Unfortunately this method is not always good, especially when learners" differences are large.
