Pennsylvania's Driving Age

 

            
             Pennsylvania should lower the driving age to 14 because some 14 year olds have enough responsibility to be good drivers. It should not matter if you're 14 or 18 years old, what should be considered is your maturity. If you could prove that you are able to be a good driver, why shouldn't the state consider it?.
             If Pennsylvania lowered the driving age you could get to school by yourself. You would not have to ride the bus, or have your parents give you a ride. You could get a job and drive yourself to work if Pennsylvania lowered the driving age. You would not have to have your parents take you to work. By working you could earn money for car insurance and college. If the driving age was lowered in Pennsylvania you could get to your friends houses when you want , and not have to wait untill your parents get home from work to drive you.
             Having a car at a younger age could teach you responsibility. Your parents will be happy because you could do jobs for them like go get grocerious or take your brother to school. There are many errands that you could do to help your parents.
             If a 14 year old took a written test, oral test, and drivers test and did an exceelent job, then drove with a responsible adult for a while, he or she would be just as prepared as a 16 year old to drive alone. There are many 14 year olds that are more mature than 16 year olds let them prove it!.
             Some 14 year olds are mature enough to drive. If we're given a chance to prove it, we could be more productive in society. By helping our parents as well as our selfs.
