Odysseu

If I were to trade places with a character from a book for a day, I would choose Odysseus from The Odyssey by Homer. Odysseus has trilling, heart-pounding and blood-rushing experiences. His life is full of unexpected events. Through many arduous events, he somehow stays alive. I would choose Odysseus because he is a daredevil, has bravery, and is determined. .
Odysseus go's through a variety of adventures that he has to overcome. He is a daredevil and I like that. I would like to leave on a raft from Ithaca and go on a long journey. I would like to survive from almost drowning in the middle of nowhere. But, best of all I would like to get past Scylla, a vicious monster and Charybdis, a sucking whirlpool. .
Second, Odysseus is full of bravery. He is very bold in many events. He stays calm in the worst situations to find a tactic to get out of that situation. For example when they were trapped in the cave, Odysseus got the Cyclops drunk and stabbed in the eye in order to get out safely. I wish I could have that type of courage. .
Last, he is very determined. He has a great mind-set. Once Odysseus has a goal he follows through with it. Odysseus" goal is to get home and after many hardships he finally does it because of his strong will. He is intended to accomplish his goals. I wish I could have his capabilities of staying set to a goal. .
In a summary Odysseus is my favorite character. He has many great traits that allow him to accomplish many things in his life. I would love to have some of those traits. I would greatly appreciate to be him for a day.
