            There are many ways to get in shape for baseball. The first thing would be to eat right. Second would be a lot of exercise, but not too much you do not went to get ill before a game. The third and last would be to get the mind in shape, the mental point is important as well. This is three great way to get in shape for baseball and if you are in shape you will enjoy the sport more.
             The first thing is to eat right, that's very important in keeping the body produce energy. When training for a game or a season for baseball, your intake of vitamins should be high. Vitamins, like B are great; vitamin B helps the body use carbohydrates and proteins for energy. The food to start on in think would have to be meat; a lot of meat means a lot of protein. A protein aids your body in fight infection and is energy. Carbohydrates are also important; they bake down into sugars or glycerol, which help your body make oxygen. Also you should sit down and eat, three times a day.
             The second thing to do would have to be exercise. Exercise is the big one here, with this your body is training itself to work hard and faster. A good part of the body to work in training for baseball would have to be the legs. Seated calf raises, standing calf raises, leg extensions, leg curls and leg presses are the five best for building your legs. Also work your shoulders out because that's where you"ll be swigging the bat. Four great exercises for shoulders are shrugs, rear delt fly, front raises and the military press. You should exercise each body part twice a week, each part dose need to rest too. If you exercise too much you may be able to make your self-ill.
             The third and last step is to get the mind in shape. The mind is the most important thing here. It what keeps you in the big leagues or keep you down in the pin. This means not to get down about a game win or lose, play great or play like a four year old girl, it's just a play.
