Leadership Perspectus

.
             G. Leadership Style: (What type of leadership style would you like to demonstrate? How do you want to be perceived by others?) For the type of business I will eventually start the leadership style I would choose is Person Oriented Leadership. A person-oriented leader would be a leader who may suggest ways of proceeding, but encourage group members to determine what will actually be done. I would want this one because small businesses usually don't have very many workers and the workers that do work there make the business by how hard they work and how much they put into it. I would want to listen to what everyone else say with inputting my decision. .
             H. Skills: (What skills do you already possess which are career-related?).
             Strategies.
             Weakness Strategies.
One of my worst weaknesses is my memory. My strategy for over overcoming my memory problem would be to keep an agenda. If I keep with me all the time an agenda and follow it I shouldn't go wrong. When something needs to be done I would like to just do it then before I forget.
Another problem is with Prioritizing. I never separate things that need to be done and put them on a list and sit down to choose which one is most important. To prioritize better I will do just that write them down and follow my list of priorities. .
Last but certainly not least procrastination, and like I said for the last one I would have to actually do whatever it is when I first find out about it.
(Explain in paragraph form how you plan to put in place the above stated strategies).
I plan to implement these strategies by working in a part-time position on the Island while in undergrad and using these techniques in that work place. Also to accomplish anything in college you will need to possess these qualities so I must put these strategies into play now before it is simply to late. .
