For my business I have been going throw a lot of ups and downs money wise. I start off making a total of -8300 after my first month. I think this happen because I didn't spend a lot of money on advertisement so my company as wasn't popular as it could have been. I was also buying more products but nothing was selling that why my total was so low.
After the first month business began to grow rapidly and sell increased a lot I raised a total of 5,000 in a month that was a great improvement form last month. I think the reason for this is that I began to become popular and people found my products to be at a good price and I sold a lot of music. It also grew because of the input of my employees who told me what the customer did or didn't like that was a very big help. Sells increased that month and things were looking very good.
In the final work I think my crew and I did the best job we keep using the same method as before and we brought in a total of 10,000 for that months which is very impressive. Hopefully we continue to succeed in our business and move on to bigger and better things.
I think as I whole for future performance I would like to have my company keep cashing in on the money and bring in more and more of it every month that what I will hope and except. Steps I will take to make sure of this is to keep using my same style of leadership and talk to my employees to see if my consumers are happy to me that is he only steps I would have to take to be successful. .
