They are to teach the replacement any and all oral traditions. This includes stories, memories, lessons in wisdom and advice, and the laws and punishments of Bilo-Obo-Bilo. .
             Everyone is forced to marry in Bilo-Obo-Bilo. When one becomes of age (25) they are put before the Council of Cradles. The members then discuss who that person is to marry, or "Knot." The Council takes mental notes of each of the society's members throughout their adolescent years, and makes sure they are taught respect, moral teachings and the law. By picking their spouse for them, the two people learn how to tolerate their differences. In time they discover how to trust each other. The trust grows into friendship and the friendship into love. By doing this, the feelings of rejection and unwanted-ness are demolished. .
             When the couple, or Linked decides they want children they must, once again, face the Council of Cradles. The Council reviews the notes they have taken since the two have been Knotted. They ask the Linked (the couple) questions such as: Do you love each other? Do you promise to follow the De-numerous Pregnancy Law? Do you promise to raise your child or children with the teachings and guidance that you have been raised? If they answer yes to these questions they are granted permission to have children. A Child-Bearing License is given to them and if they loose the License they loose the privilege to have children. If the Linked can't keep track of the License, how are they to keep track of their own children?.
             There is no form of currency in Bilo-Obo-Bilo. There is nothing to buy so currency would be useless. Asylums (shelter) are made from sources such as trees and leaves and materials woven from Papaya. Clothes are made from papaya by everyone for everyone also; each person is in charge of building Asylums, making clothes, and collecting food for the entire community. .
             Everyday, the members of Bilo-Obo-Bilo wake up with the sun.
