Well, there have been a lot of things that has happened to me so far this week. Some good and some bad, including some embarrassing moments, which I will not include. Lets start off on Monday, August 11. I had a pretty fine day at school that day. Everything seemed to be going great. I met some new teachers including you, Mr. Schauss, and a teacher that has been here for quite some time, but I really never had the chance to meet this teacher. Her name is Mrs. Alsop. She seemed to be a really educated person and I think I will enjoy being in her class this upcoming year as a junior. The day really set off when I entered my mothers van while she was picking me up from school that day. She first stated that there was some good news awaiting me and she said I had wanted this for quite some time now. Of course I could not guess what it was so I just pleaded with her to tell me. When I finally persuaded her she told me that I had received a call from the hiring manager at Target Greatland store on Burkhardt Rd. I thought this was wonderful after just quitting my previous job at Lics not but two weeks prior to this phone call. I had wanted this job ever since I started filling out applications in my late sophomore year at Bosse. She then gave me a piece of paper that read," Evan is to show up at Target on Wednesday August 13th at 8 P.M. and ask for Heather at the Guest Services desk." After reading this note I became very excited and couldn't wait until Wednesday. (When Wednesday had finally come I did go to the Guest Services desk and did have my interview and they offered me the job as a Cashier/ Sales Representative starting pay from $6.50 and hour to $7.00 an hour depending on how well I learn my duties and if I can cope with the major responsibilities awaiting me) Well that Monday night I went to sleep a very happy man.
Well, now on to my second topic. Ok let's cut to the good part. It was Tuesday August 12th and again I am walking out to my mothers van.
