Pearl Harbor and Titanic

Pearl Harbor, the movie, was set during the time of the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7th 1941, it also had it's own little romantic input that I personally loved. Two friends get caught up in the events that draw the United States into World War II. One of them enlists with the US Air Force and the other flies for the British Royal Air Force, both friends become romantically involved with the same woman. The movie was filled with non stop action and drama.
I found this movie both moving and interesting, it kept me on the edge of my seat. It was very interesting to see how movie producers could put together a replica of the events that happened on that dreadful day of infamy. I have seen documentaries on the attack of Peal Harbor before, but they were never very clear. This movie was a more graphic enhancement of the attack, although being a computerized movie of the attack, it is certainly a good way to learn history. I personally loved the graphics and images they used during the attack of Pearl Harbor. They were very detailed and very well composed.
The Titanic was also one of my personal favorites. The Titanic was the biggest moving object ever build. She was not only biggest but also backed with superior quality and performance. .
Titanic was a British passenger ship that struck an iceberg and sank in the North Atlantic Ocean in 1912. The impact caused a number of small cracks and failed riveted seams in the ship's hull. Seawater flooded through the bow of the ship. About 2 1/2 hours later, the vessel broke in two and sank. .
The movie, even though it was a remake of the actual events, portrayed the plot very well. It shows the gorgeous elegance of the ship, and the variety of people aboard. An event in the movie and in reality that upset me was when the crew locked the doors on the lower class people. I understand that there was not enough life boats on board but everyone has a right to live.
