Is WWIII Imminent?

            With North Korea on the terror list, Iran enriching uranium, Russia invading Georgia, NATO fighting Afghanistan, and a war going on in Iraq; you would think that WWIII is about to begin. The world awaits to see who the United States of America chooses as their President because that person could be the deciding factor. Being a superpower comes with great responsibility; that particular country must be involved in every conflict on earth in one way or another.
             You don't need a television to realize what is going on in the world. There seems to be a new conflict everyday with the United States taking some part in it. When the U.S. was attacked on 9/11, the entire world sympathized. Not many days hence, a war took place in Afghanistan. A little while later, Iraq was deemed to be cooperating with terrorist, therefore making war unavoidable with the country. A few years later, Iran started enriching uranium, claiming it was for energy purposes, and North Korea was testing nuclear capable missiles. As of recently, Russia invaded Georgia, killing and wounding thousands. This is not to even mention the civil wars in Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Rwanda, Uganda, Angola, Zimbabwe, the terrorist attacks in London, missile defense system tensions between the U.S. and Russia, nuclear handouts in India that angers China, Israel .
