With schoolwork, going to the gym every day after school and having soccer practice almost every night, I have few hours to spare each day. On top of that, I have a tendency to procrastinate and I nearly always wait until the last second to start and finish a project. In the past, I never started my homework before practice; this was my time - to take a break from school and a few minutes to relax. Often, I would get home after a two hour practice and then eat, nonchalantly working my way into my pile of homework. This wasn't an issue, because I would have at least 2 to 4 hours to complete it. In all reality if I really focused and buckled down it should only take me an hour to do almost all of it. This year our practice schedule was changed from beginning at 6 to starting at 8 o clock under the lights at our complex. Our complex is also a 20-30 minute drive away. On average I would be getting home at around 10:00-10:30pm. Then I would get started on my homework. It's not natural for me to get cranking on my homework right after 8 hours of school on my back. Then my sleep schedule starts to get messed with. Tomorrow I will try to improve my procrastination habit. .

Tonight was not the night to start trying not to procrastinate. After school I had planned on trying to buckle down and start on some of my homework when I got a call from a friend who needed to come over because he had a showing at his house and had to get out of there. Obviously when you have a friend over you are less likely to be productive. Instead I went and played some GTA V with him until our soccer banquet. Soccer team banquet is a dinner held for the players and parents of both JV and Varsity Soccer at Centennial. There were slide shows for both teams and awards presented to the players. Also, there was a grand buffet for dinner that was provided by all the families. Immediately, after that I had club soccer practice.
