A Letter to God (Islam)

There are two views on suffering and purpose. One which is common, and similar to Christianity where suffering is the result of sin. The other is to be believed as a test faith and correct unbelief. Generally, suffering tests belief; a true Muslim will stay faithful throughout life. But suffering also reveals what we call the 'hidden self' to God so he may see who is truly righteous and faithful to God. God is doing this is to test and to see the person inside him and to see if they believed in him (God). This works out well because some of the believers of god could be saying that they believe in him. But how would God (Islamic) really know? This is where the test takes part in, and showing the real him inside of that person.
As you said about the story of Job I do agree your doings to him, Every God wants their believers to believe in them. I agree strongly about the test you did by taking away his property and possessions. This test is similar to our religion where we call it the hidden self, this doing of yours is correct. Also I agree when you talked about suffering is a must in their lives. If we don't suffer how would we learn from our mistakes? While we suffer we will eventually become more and more mature and to believe in our God.
But what the differences and disagree about your saying is that when you said about the story of job. I did agree to your test, by taking away his property and possessions what I don't agree in there was that you let Satan took the lives of his beloved ones. What did his family do? His family loved and believed you at the same time, I do understand you taking his property but I disagree about you taking his family this is not a reasonable way to test if job still believed in you. People might in your religion forget to listen to the prophets or maybe even fail to serve God you. But in our religion we call these people kurf, we do not intend on killing anyone.
