There's nothing stronger than a dream. Dreams are similar to goals in that you have to work hard to see them come true. Goals are the foundation of a successful life and remind me to keep focused, motivate me to excel, and allow me to maintain a good life balance For this reason, I strive to set strong short-term, mid-term and long-term goals for my life. What follows is some background, my goals and the steps I have taken or will take to achieve them. .
I am currently a senior attending McDonough High School in Pomfret, Maryland. I was recently voted the most athletic kid in school by my peers. I have won multiple athletic awards in football, basketball, and baseball. I have been captain, MVP and received All-State, All-Conference, and All-County honors in all three sports. .
I also rank in the top 6% of my class academically and currently maintain a 3.6 GPA while taking three Advanced Placement (AP) classes. I have taken a total of six (AP) classes and one college math class (pre-calculus) during my four years of high school. I have earned selection to the National Honor Society and earned numerous academic awards, including the Minds in Motion award given by the Maryland Public Secondary School Athletic Association to Student-Athletes receiving a 3.25 GPA or above while participating in a sport, which I have received nine times.
Goals - Short-Term .
My short-term goals are to earn acceptance to college and earn a scholarship to play baseball.
