Enablers and barriers is that is very easy to get people to be motivated when we give them treats but what we wanted was to get the students to enjoy participating more than getting the reward as once they get the award they will give up and not want to participate anymore unless there some sort of prize but what we're trying to do is make the activity much more fun for them in order to promote physical activity, as they highlighted to us that one of their key enablers was fun and enjoyment as this will affect them next time when they participate in any physical activity. One huge reason that we decide on this is because the fact that this also had affected us that it has caused us to do participate in physical activity as for example many people in my group become more and more competitive knowing that there is an incentive at the end, but what some incentives we develop over the years is having a goal intact which is also an incentive. Having a goal or mind set can really motivate the increase the participation of a person to thrive on to do that certain activity people may want to thrive on getting a healthy and strong body which affect the well being of a person. .
             2. Development .
             The reasons we choose this action was because in order to promote participation in physical activity we need to find out what sports they enjoyed. A reason for this is because In order to do so we decided the best way was to create a survey, which ask question about what they liked and disliked. So during our first lesson we handed out a survey out to the students and get them to fill it in, this allowed us to see what majority of the class wants to play in physical activity. .
             We also asked how many hours of physical activity they partake on a weekly basis, it is advised that adolescence should be doing seven hours of physical activity minimum per week http://www.cdc.gov/physicalactivity/everyone/guidelines/children.
