There are so many different American icon of pop culture, but the most popular of all superheroes are Superman and Batman. Although Superman and Batman are extremely courageous and help the innocent and prevent crime, they have some different characters. Through analyzing two pictures of superman and batman, we can find the difference between superheroes can be colossal or microscopic. From their posture, costume and background, they are similar yet different in similar ways.
Superman's posture shows confidence, righteousness and strength. He keeps his chin up and maintains an incredibly positive attitude that shows he is very confident. He stands tall and poses his hand on his hips that shows he is a righteous man. His eyes seem like full of wisdom. On the other hand, Batman's posture shows us that he is a firm, resolute, and resourceful. In the stillness and darkness of the night, he squats on the roof, and looks down toward the street, and alerts to what was happening around. The photographer tries to convey the Batman seems like a bat that hides in the darkness, and finds the criminal. Through their posture which on the pictures, we can easily find superman is a confident, righteous, strong man, and the batman is a steady, determined, and tactful.
Both Batman and Superman's appearance are distinctive and iconic. As a superman, he gains an especially confident, even swagger and cocky. He wears a blue costume, red cape, and stylized red and yellow "S"" shield on his chest. On the photo, his strong muscles are clean, hard and appear smooth under taut a bright red and blue tights. Both Batman and Superman wear capes and tights. Superman's costume is red, blue and yellow that shows his strength; whereas, Batman's skin tight black and grey costume bares his muscular torso is strong and perfect. Superman's chest exhibits a large "S "; however, Batman's chest parades a large bat symbol. Batman wears a mask similar to a bats shape; nonetheless, Superman wears nothing on his face to shield his identity These stuffs combine to lead them to become American Icon who fight villains to protect the people and their city.
