Ever heard of this song before? Most people have. That's because Johnny Cash was a well known singer, and many people really liked his music, and in general liked him. Johnny has many other songs that range from loving someone to being in prison, that is why so many people love him. Johnny Cash is influential because he changed music, helped people, and got out of unhealthy habits.
             Johnny Cash changed music in multiple ways. Johnny Cash sang a lot about men and how hard their lives are. He understood how hard life was because of what he's been through. Johnny was always getting in trouble with the law. So when he sang about getting in trouble, or being in prison, he made his music relate to more than just himself. Johnny Cash had a well known, very good, different voice that a lot of people liked. His voice changed the way music could be handled by others. He had a very different voice, that could sing different types of music such as country, rock 'n' roll and folk music. By Johnny Cash having this type of voice, a lot of people liked him, and helped changed the way music sounded. Johnny Cash played his music the way he thought it should be played. Johnny took songs from other artist, and changed them to make them relate to himself and others like himself. His songs expressed the real world on how it was and that it wasn't right. Johnny Cash was like most people who didn't like the way things were. He didn't like the real world so he talked about it in his songs. Most of his songs that talked about the real world, related to many people. Most song artists only talked about their lives and mostly only about relationships and love.
