            Many individuals look for external help in terms of supplementation to aid in the process of increasing human performance and gaining lean body mass all along with diminishing the amount of fat tissue. Many studies have reported that their test subjects have increased their resting energy expenditure by 4.6% while consuming caffeine (Ryan et al. 2009). With an upward spike in energy expenditure, weight loss could be easily obtainable. Besides these thermogenic benefits, 120mg of caffeine increases alertness, reduces fatigue and improves mood states. All which could provide the edge when dealing with weight loss subjects. .
