The Mother chapter was created with fifteen members, and within the time span of five years chapters in Los Angeles, San Diego, Bakersfield, Long Beach, San Gabriel Valley, and San Fernando Valley. The Mongols was created from mostly U.S. Military Veterans that were accustomed to the strict lifestyle of codes and conduct, along these codes was "camaraderie", the respect for each other and the code of silence.
