Muslim Extremismsts and Islamic Discrimination

There has been a series of terrorist attacks which are now largely associated with the Islamic extremist group. Those extremists claim to follow the "charia," which is the Muslim law, and believe that those regulations are truly the only legitimate form of supremacy. Therefore, they reject any form of democracy and human rights values. Those extremists want to apply this form of governance in Muslim countries and even the entire world which is the reason of all these terrorist attacks. Muslims are usually genuinely shocked by these acts of terror and are against their fellow extremists who are trying to apply the "charia" without making any revolution of these old statements (Muslim law). It has been very challenging to be a Muslim in the U.S. since the events of 9/11. Muslims felt excluded from the American society by being attacked, discriminated and are victim of racism and other hostile acts. They have to prove that they are not terrorists, but citizens of the United States. Their right, privacy, and freedom should not be violated for any reasons. .
First of all, the majority of Muslims are completely against these Islamic extremists regarding the law they want to apply in the world. There is this concept called "Jihad" which is an Islamic word used back in the centuries to address the war against anybody who threaten their religion. Moreover, the Muslim sacred book "Quran" was written in the middle of war and therefore contains passages that address armed conflict that are referred to as "Jihad." These extremists use this outdated form of justice since it is believed to be proscribed by God. They have in mind that they are promoting justice and freedom by instituting sharia (Muslim law). It has been stated in the sharia "that fight in the cause of God against those who fight against you, but do not transgress limits." However, they have surpassed far away their limits and created their own interpretation of the sharia law.
