The combination of these three is very important to people working especially in the complicated or technical position. For an organization to run smoothly and be fruitful all the workers and the leaders of that organization should have to know the interrelation between these three and apply them accordingly. To begin with, what is the meaning of the word mindfulness? Mindfulness is accepting without judging what thoughts and emotions are going on one's mind in that present moment. It's all about accepting what your feelings tell you without judging them or without believing them.
Mindfulness has both physical psychological and social benefit to a person. Despite reducing stress, it also helps one to focus by ignoring or not concentrating in the distractions surrounding us hence improving our memory and attention skills. It also boosts the immune system in the body if practiced for a period.
Nevertheless, work can be stressful especially for the supervisors or those having a lot of work and minimal or limited time to finish the work. With this type of situation, one is advised to practice mindfulness. This is because it will increase positive emotions in him/her and reduce the negative emotions, and nothing boost your performance much that a stress less mind. And by fighting stress you will also reduce the chance of you getting depression or even relapse hence no time and money wasted in hospital or bed rest because of these diseases that can also result in death of the victims.
Our performance in our work also depends highly on the situation in which our brain is in. If the brain is functioning well, we also expect the outcome performance to be high, and if it's not functioning well there will be low performance. Hence, by accepting without judging what thoughts and emotions are going on your mind in that present moment, one will change his/her none-performing mind to a well-performing mind.
