             ISO 9000 is a certificate given by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to the companies who maintains a standardized quality system. Many organizations like ABV-Rousse work hard to receive this certification because of its global acceptance and also many international companies' shows interest to work with the company which has ISO certification. On the other hand after receiving this certification ABV- Rousse experienced some appreciable changes in their organization in the fields of quality chain management, customer satisfaction, increase in international trade, reduction in waste production and all together increased the profits of the ABV- Rousse Ltd. Although this certification process is facing some tough time due to the cost factor involved in the process of getting a certificate, still organizations show interest to get this certification due to the benefits involved in it. .
