Successful Traits of Oprah Winfrey

That's the first word I think of when I hear the name Oprah. She is worth three billion dollars and she got it all on her own. She came from poor beginnings but now she is one of the richest women on earth. Through hard work and determination, she earned every cent of her vast fortune. Which is one the reasons she is an inspiration to everyone. .
Another word that I think when I hear Oprah is informative. Through book recommendations and interviews with other influential people, she informs the world of very helpful information and inspirational stories. The knowledge that she shares is beneficial to everyone across the world. She provides this information from her talk show. Her talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, ranges from inspirational stories of ordinary folk to interviews with celebrities and self-help advisers. Widely considered one of the most influential women on television, Winfrey's book club selections and favorite things list can make a product wildly popular. The show has been highly influential, and many of its topics have penetrated into the American pop-cultural consciousness. Winfrey has used the show as an educational platform, featuring book clubs, interviews, self-improvement segments, and philanthropic forays into world events. Oprah is one of the longest-running daytime television tabloid talk shows in history. The show received 47 Daytime Emmy Awards before Winfrey chose to stop submitting it for consideration in 2000 (Oprah). Winfrey interviewed a plethora of public figures and everyday people during the show's 25-year history. When celebrities and newsmakers were ready to share their most intimate secrets their first stop was Winfrey's couch and when a serious story hit, the Oprah show focused on putting a human face on the headlines.
A third and perhaps the most important word that I think of when I hear Oprah is philanthropic. She gives so much back to her own community and the world.
