Delaney and Kiara were best friends and nothing or anything could break their bond or at least that's what we thought; let's flashback to three weeks ago before the rift between Delaney and Kiara. Kiara and Delaney were both juniors in high school and they both were on the varsity basketball team. Kiara was a tall and skinny with short blonde hair while Delaney was the total opposite. Some may say they both were decent basketball players and that they both could join the WNBA. Delaney and Kiara were only a few days apart and they think that God put them that way for a reason. Delaney and Kiara were SpongeBob and Patrick when it came to their friendship. They might have had some bumps and bruises here and there but together they were an unstoppable force. If you said something harsh about or to Kiara just know that Delaney would be there and she would have her friends back. The two girls became friends in elementary school and it's been that way ever since.
Basketball try-outs were right around the corner and the two made a promise each year before try-outs that no matter what happens they will still have each other's back. The unstoppable force went to the try-outs and there was a new student who looked like she plays. The two girls started getting offended and Kiara stated "I don't want these try-outs to ruin our friendship especially being the fact that we're both very competitive." Delaney agreed nodding her head.
Try-outs approached fast and the list was posted. As the two friends read the list they noticed that Delaney didn't make the basketball team. The team replaced Delaney with freshman Michelle Daniels! Kiara new that Michelle was good but she didn't think that she would take Delaney's place on the team. Kiara and Michelle grew closer throughout the basketball season and excluded Delaney out of all of their plans.
