             Malaysian MNCs like Maybank and Sime Darby are also expanding abroad, and many more domestic companies are growing exponentially. Hence, they provide stiff competition especially since locals now prefer domestic companies which "can offer more senior roles" (Dewhurst et al. 2012). .
