The store's vision is "One Team, One Strategy, One Voice". Its team members are not only knowledgeable about the merchandise but they are also trained to keep the costumer happy. The company focuses on short checkout lines and the professionalism of the cashiers. The store follows red and white color scheme, the bullseye symbols appear in accents. The stores are well lit, ceilings and floors are white - this creates an ambiance that is pleasing to shop in. The shelves and wide isles are organized very carefully to make great deals easy to find.
B. Industry Environment.
The industry is mature and extremely competitive. Businesses are pressured to lower the already existing low prices in order to gain the highest market share possible.
