Believing Hashem is Our One and Only Creator

The Chavos Levavos quotes a sage "There are certain parts of knowledge which are buried in the hearts of the sages like hidden treasures; as long as they stay hidden nobody knows about them. But the moment they are uncovered, their truth becomes manifest to all." This quote relates to many things relating back to Hashem having created the world. If a person hides all his gems, diamonds and wealth, but tells everyone he is rich, no one will believe him. People will laugh and tell him to prove it. If the person is smart, he will not try to prove it, because whoever has the heart to give him the benefit of the doubt, will come looking for it themselves. Once they find it, and all of the person's riches are revealed, that is when everyone will know the truth about this person's success. But will the person share his riches with the people who didn't give him the benefit of the doubt? No. The same goes for Hashem in Judaism. He covers everything up so people have the opportunity to either believe in G-d, or not. The ones who do, are the ones who went out to seek it themselves, and tried looking for the "treasures", and found them. The one's who did not go out and seek it, will find it when it is too late and will not get any gems and diamonds. The nature of G-d is within every human being, it is up to the person to either draw it out, or suppress it and let it drown within him or her. A person should seek out the ways of Hashem, the way they seek out water to survive. .
The quote, "Good things come to those who wait", said by Nayobe, is a great example of the results of having faith in Hashem. When you know hashem is great, and you keep that knowledge and don't change it, no matter what bad tragedies come your way, the end result will be worth it. Many people loose their faith in Hashem when they loose a loved one, or something in their life goes terribly wrong, but that is the opposite of what we are supposed to do.
