             Specific Purpose: To teach the class how to make corn muffins.
             Central Idea: Tonight I would like to teach you about the easy recipe used to make corn muffins by following a set of guidelines such as; necessary ingredients, directions, and oven heat requirement. .
             Introduction.
             There is nothing like waking up in the morning to some nice fluffy home-made corn muffins. I know some of you might be thinking it is not easy to make, but not to worry because by the end of the night, I hope to have shown you how to make corn muffins by following a set of guidelines such as; necessary ingredients, directions, and oven heat requirement. You can use any type of corn muffin mixes but I personally prefer jiffy mix. For your information, jiffy mixes have been making cooks happy for 65 years.
             Body.
             I. Pre-heat the oven.
             A. Oven should be pre-heated to 375 degrees (this information came from www.jiffymix.com).
             B. While oven is pre-heating, grease the muffin pan with vegetable spray or melted butter(I prefer to use butter because it prevents sticking better than vegetable spray).
             II. Mix dry ingredients together. .
             A. Combine corn muffin mix, sugar, and cinnamon into a mixing bowl.
             B. Mix dry ingredients with a fork.
             III. Mix non-dry ingredients together.
             A. Beat eggs in a bowl with a wire whisk.
             1. Add two tops of vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
             2. Add two cups of carnation milk into the egg mixture. .
             B. Measure out one cup of butter.
             1. Melt butter for about thirty seconds in microwave.
             2. Add melted butter into the egg mixture. .
             IV. Mix all ingredients together (My mom taught me to mix dry and non-dry ingredients separately before combining them together).
             A. Combine the dry and non-dry ingredients into the mixing bowl.
             B. Using a fork, make sure the ingredients are evenly moist.
