I think that Coe Andrea Jung has a lot of restructuring to do, but from the article she seems like a true leader and able to head Avon in the direction necessary to accomplish their goals. The Internet age is still booming strongly and eventually every business that has not converted yet will. All of her ideas sound innovative and she has great strategies to expand and make Avon a company that will grow in the changing world of business.
