The Ideals of the United States and Camelot

The Ideals of the United States and Camelot.
Much has changed during the centuries of human life. The price of food has changed, clothing is different, and housing is more expensive. But, the ideals of our civilization have not changed. We all still want love and peace. The ideals of the United States and Camelot share many similarities with some variation. .
The first significant point in common is their desire to be civilized. Both consist of fair judicial systems that keep the cities organized. King Arthur's ambition was to use might for right. Instead of using the strength of Camelot for his own good, King Arthur used it to help the people. The United States has the same concept. It uses its strength to help other countries, not just itself.
The United States and Camelot want honor felt throughout the land. They want their people to be proud of where they come from. They also want pride felt in their leadership. Many people of Camelot looked up to King Arthur just as people of the United States look up to their presidents. The leadership is the most important link between the government and the people. If honor is not felt or demonstrated in the highest office of government, the people will not have the respect for the leadership which will cause a massive breakdown in the honor of the country. .
The most significant ideal shared between the United States and Camelot is the people's want for their cities to be safe. Both have law enforcement officials to keep their homes free of intruders. However, the United States has police officers and Camelot had knights. Camelot had walls built around their city, while the United States has the coast guard. All the United States and Camelot want is a perfect place to live with world peace. .
The United States and Camelot have many ideals in common with a little bit of difference. Each wanted to be civilized and use their strength to do good.
